Customer marketing platform developer CloudCherry has agreed to an acquisition by Cisco that will follow $16m in funding from backers including Cisco Investments.
Networking technology producer Cisco has announced its intent to purchase one of its portfolio companies, US-based customer experience software provider CloudCherry, for an undisclosed sum.
CloudCherry produces customer experience management software that includes tools such as predictive analytics and customer-journey mapping. It will be integrated with Cisco’s Contact Center Solutions division post-acquisition.
