Chevron Technology Ventures is joined in the series C round for the cloud storage company by venture firms Opus Capital, which led the round, as well as Matrix Ventures and Khosla Ventures.

The corporate venturing unit of US-based energy company Chevron has helped US-based cloud storage company Panzura raise $15m.

Chevron Technology Ventures was joined in the series C round by venture firms Opus Capital, which led the round, as well as Matrix Ventures and Khosla Ventures.

Opus Capital general partner Carl Showalter will join Panzura’s board of directors. The round takes Panzura to $33m raised in its history.

Panzura allows enterprises to store data in the cloud.
