Dan Cherian has joined apparel and footwear company VF from Nike and will take charge of its innovation activities.
Dan Cherian has joined US-based footwear and apparel producer VF Corporation as its vice president of global innovation, performance apparel and footwear.
Cherian came to VF, which incorporates brands including Wrangler, JanSport and North Face, from apparel company Nike, where he was general manager and lead for strategic investments and partnerships, also overseeing its Sustainable Business Lab.
Prior to joining Nike in 2008, Cherian was the lead for strategic planning and global operations for pharmaceutical company Pfizer.
