Capillary technologies, which is backed by Qualcomm Ventures and American Express, has raised $14m in a series B round to fund continued growth.

Singapore-based Capillary Technologies, a developer of a cloud-based marketing platform, has raised $14m in series B funding from return backers venture capital firm Sequoia Capital and investment firm Northwest Venture Partners.

Capillary helps retailers engage with customers through mobile, social and in-store channels. The funding will be used to grow its partnership ecosystem and improve its cloud-based integrated marketing platform.
