The fibre optic network operator raised the cash in a round co-led by Mitsui, and is looking to add a $40m debt facility.

Diversified conglomerate Mitsui has co-led a $40m series B round for Singapore-based internet connectivity and cloud services provider Campana Group with businessman U Thein Htwe.

Founded in 2014, Campana oversees an extensive fibre optic cable network that connects clients to the internet and enables its business customers to run virtual private networks.
