Grace Beauty Capital was among the investors in a round that lifted the military-grade personal care brand's total funding to almost $20m.

Bravo Sierra, a US-based supplier of grooming products tailored to military personnel, has completed a $12m series A round featuring Grace Beauty Capital, a corporate venturing subsidiary of cosmetics distributor Grace Beauty.

The round was led by Global Founders Capital, the venture capital fund formed by the co-founders of e-commerce group Rocket Internet, and included Mousse Partners, Canaan Partners, Redo Ventures and Lapa Capital.
