Peacock fund's merger with Comcast Interactive Capital will see Amy Banse take top role.
Amy Banse, head of US-based cable group Comcast’s digital entertainment division, will lead its combined corporate venturing unit once the company is merged with network television operator NBC Universal.
Managing partner Samuel Schwartz had previously led Comcast Interactive Capital, a $500m corporate venturing unit of Comcast. NBC Universal $250m Peacock corporate venturing fund jointly managed with General Electric.
