The Mexico-based financial services firm has contributed capital to Jaguar Ventures, Variv Capital, 500 Startups and Endeavor Catalyst in a bid to access the fintech ecosystem.
Mexico-headquartered bank BanRegio is supplying capital to four venture capital funds that back financial technology startups, El Economista has reported.
The funds in question are operated by Mexico-based venture capital firms Jaguar Ventures and Variv Capital, US-based VC firm 500 Startups and US-based co-investment firm Endeavor Catalyst.
