Russia-based financial services firm Bank Saint Peterburg plans to launch a $30m venture capital fund, DealStreetAsia has reported.

The unit will invest in financial technology as well as software, IT and big data, advertising technology, the internet of things, industrial technology and biotech, and intends to complete up to 20 deals within a three-to-five year period.
