Software-as-a-service provider AtTask has raised $38m Series D funding in a round led by JMI Equity.
US-based AtTask provides a cloud-based enterprise-level work management system that helps marketing, information technology and other teams work in a smarter and more efficient way. AtTask is currently used by global enterprises like Adobe, Cisco and HBO.
The Series D round was led by JMI Equity, a growth equity firm focused on investing in leading software and technology-enabled services companies. Existing AtTask investors GreenSpring Associates, Escalate Capital and University Venture Fund also participated in this round of capital.
