Japan-based internet company Asahi Net invests in a seed round of funding for Japan-based mobile tech start-up Fuller.

Japanese internet service provider Asahi Net and venture capital firm M8 Capital has led a JPY100m ($1.2m) round of seed financing for Japan-based start-up Fuller, a mobile software development company.

The new funding will be used to invest in software development. Currently Fuller is focusing heavily on phone optimization technology and will launch their first android application outside of Japan in 2013.
