IDG Ventures has exited video syndication exchange Vidible after it was bought by AOL in a reported $50m deal.
US-based video syndication exchange Vidible has been acquired by US-based internet media company AOL for $50m, providing an exit to publishing company International Data Group (IDG), Recode reported on Monday.
Vidible raised $3.4m in a series A round in January 2014, led by venture capital firm Greycroft Partners that also included IDG Ventures, a corporate venturing affiliate of IDG.
