Alleghany Capital Corporation takes its overall investment in patent research company Article One Partners to $12m.
Alleghany Capital Corporation, part of Alleghany Corporation, a US conglomerate, has backed patent research company Article One Partners with $7m.
The deal is the second institutional financing of Article One,which provides a community for patent researcher, by Alleghany Capital, which invested $5m in the third quarter of 2010.
