The human resources automation company has raised $1.5m in seed funding, becoming the first startup to be backed by Recruit's HR Technology Fund.

Human resources firm Recruit Holdings has made the first investment out of its $20m HR Technology Fund, providing an undisclosed amount for US-based HR automation technology developer All4Staff.

The funding made up part of a $1.5m seed round for All4Staff, which provides software that streamlines and automates the staff induction process. Recruit launched the HR Technology Fund in January this year.
