Alibaba led a $30.8m round that helped the customer service software developer close its third round in the space of less than a year.

China-based customer service software developer Leyan Technologies has raised about RMB200m ($30.8m) in a series C3 round led by e-commerce group Alibaba, DealStreetAsia reported on Monday.

Although the precise size of the round was not disclosed, the report cited a statement revealing the deal increased the company’s total series C funding to over RMB500m, following RMB300m across series C1 and C2 rounds.
