Israel-based industrial drone producer Airobotics has added $10m to a series C round featuring software provider Microsoft that is now sized at $42.5m, Calcalist has reported.

The $10m second tranche was led by equity crowdfunding platform OurCrowd. Microsoft’s corporate venturing subsidiary, Microsoft Ventures, co-led the $32.5m first tranche in September 2017 with OurCrowd, BlueRun Ventures China and an unnamed fourth backer.

CRV, BlueRun Ventures and private investors Noam Bardin, Richard Wooldridge and David Roux also contributed to the September funding.
