US-based artificial intelligence technology startup AI Foundation received $17m yesterday in a series B round that included marketing technology company You and Mr Jones.
The coprorate was joined by Alpha Edison, Founders Fund, Mousse Partners, private investor Biz Stone and undisclosed other investors.
Founded in 2017, AI Foundation is developing a misinformation detection tool dubbed Reality Defender, which leverages AI algorithms to identify manipulated online content including deepfakes.
