Customer experience automation platform ActiveCampaign raised the money in a series B round led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, its second round in 17 years.

Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE), a subsidiary of quantitative trading and technology group Susquehanna International Group, led a $100m series B round for US-based customer experience software provider ActiveCampaign yesterday.

The round also featured Silversmith Capital Partners, the growth equity firm that supplied $20m in series A funding for ActiveCampaign in 2016. Lazard was financial adviser on the latest deal.
