23andMe, a personal genetics company, has raised $58m in a Series D round, according to a regulatory filing, an update on a previously reported $50m earlier this month, according to a recent filing.
Yuri Milner was joined in the round by return backers Sergey Brin, co-founder of Google, 23andMe chief executive Anne Wojcicki, venture capital firms New Enterprise Associates, Google Ventures,the corporate venturing division of search company Google, and private equity firm MPM Capital.
